Post-deployment support is provided by our teams and our distribution partner, with a four-year support programme that includes monitoring committees, usage reports and regular reviews to adapt the project in line with feedback from the field.

We offer a wide range of options:
- online self-study courses via the SQOOL Academy platform (included in the package),
- depending on the nature of the project, on-site induction sessions may be included,
- and bespoke face-to-face training courses can be offered as an option.

We work with you to ensure clear and regular communication:
- use of the usual communication channels (school digital platform, emails, meetings),
- webinars for headteachers, ERUN representatives and digital coordinators,
- the option to organise introductory meetings for frontline staff.

Yes, a ticketing support service is included, with requests dealt with within 24 hours.
- Telephone or chat support can be provided as an optional extra.
- If necessary, our teams can visit your premises to diagnose and resolve more complex issues.

The equipment (tablets and PCs) comes with a standard 3-year warranty; an optional one-year extension is available. Use of the solution (software suite, support and guidance) is included for 4 years. Extensions are available.

Yes. Our methodology includes regular reviews to adjust the approach, resources or scope based on your feedback and priorities.

Yes. We organise demonstrations on-site or at the UNOWHY Campus (92) so that you can see our solutions in action.

Yes. The ICT Coordinator and digital advisors are our key contacts for working together to develop support tailored to each school.

For any after-sales service enquiries, please contact the Integration Partner from whom you purchased your equipment. They will handle your enquiry and follow the case through to its full resolution. If you have not taken out an after-sales service subscription with your Integration Partner, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. In this case, you can send your request to the following email address: helpdesk.sqool@unowhy.com. The processing time is 15 days from receipt of your equipment, depending on the volume of requests.

No. Some support can be provided remotely (webinars, assistance, online training), but on-site visits may be arranged, depending on your project and your needs.

No. The support is provided to ensure the success of your digital project, but certain components may be adapted or omitted, depending on your internal organisation or the systems already in place.

The support provided is linked to the purchase of UNOWHY equipment and the use of our software suite. If you do not have UNOWHY equipment but would like support with implementing digital education, our training organisation, La SQOOL Académie, offers specific training courses available on request.
